Hygienic Bucket Pumps

Heliflow bucket pumps consisting of hopper and auger, are used to pump out liquids with high viscosity, liquids with suspended particles, pastes, doughs, etc. These pumps have a bare shaft construction supported by bearing. These also have a close-coupled construction with direct coupling to the drive pump casing with hopper, single internal mechanical seal with SMS/Clamp/IDF/Flanged end connections. The buyers can opt for additional arrangements, that are optional, for instance, SS trolley, double pressurized mechanical seal, gland packing, stators in black/white EPDM and white NBR, electrical panel and cleaning port (CIP).
